The HEI GreenPath – Shaping HEI Environment for a Sustainable Tomorrow project was presented during the EU-CONEXUS Conference 2026, held in Athens from 10 to 12 June 2026. The event brought together more than 230 participants from across Europe, including students, researchers, academics and university staff.
As part of the conference, HEI GreenPath was featured through a dedicated exhibition booth at Technopolis City of Athens. Visitors had the opportunity to learn more about the project’s objectives, activities and results, as well as to discuss topics related to the green transition, sustainability and the integration of green skills into higher education.
The booth attracted particular interest from students from different study cycles, who explored how they can contribute to promoting sustainable practices both within and beyond their universities. Informational materials and sustainable promotional items were also distributed, creating an opportunity for meaningful conversations on environmental challenges and the role of academia in addressing them.
The presence of HEI GreenPath at the EU-CONEXUS Conference 2026 contributed to strengthening the visibility of the project and confirmed the growing interest of the academic community in green skills, sustainability education and more responsible university environments.
